As usual Steve was an amazing host, very friendly, professional, and he is always graceful. . He greets you with a smile and makes you feel secure and the vehicle was clean fully gassed up and he even has some extra accommodations that you will enjoy if you have children or a large family who loves movies. I give him a 10 out of 10
