Alan was outstanding! Great condition for the van. Alan is very communicative and flexible. Would absolutely rent from him again!

Rear AC was not blowing cold, front Ac was weak, Car was shaking BADLY while breaking. The wheels felt they were falling off. We reserved it for 4 days; we only drove it for 19 miles and returned it. Vehicles in this condition should not be allowed to rent.

I will be glad to send you a video from the shop that we took it right to and it was blowing 45 degrees from the vents!
That was when we had the heat blaze of 105! No, any vehicle would be able to be cooled off at such a weather to your satisfaction! Also, there is another video of the brakes, never shaking near the steering nor the pedal!
