We only have a few rules when it comes to any of our vehicles. 1) Absolutely NO SMOKING in the vehicles (if found that there was smoking in the vehicle you will be fined by turo up to $250 and possibly banned from using turo again) 2) No pets 3) Vehicles must come back vacuumed and clean (if we have to clean the vehicle then turo will charge you a cleaning fee of up to $150) 4) Vehicle must come back with a full tank (if not done you will be charged for the amount of gas that was missing with an additional $10 charge)n case of a flat or a breakdown : Roadside assistance for guests. Contacting roadside assistance Turo Support provide 24/7 roadside assistance for accidents, breakdowns, and other issues if you or your host have chosen a protection plan through Turo. Contact us at 1-[Number redacted for privacy and security] (US) or 1-[Number redacted for privacy and security] (CA), and we’ll connect you with a dispatcher who’ll send a service vehicle, and we’ll cover the cost of dispatch. If you’ve booked a trip with a Commercial Host, contact them directly to arrange for roadside assistance. Roadside assistance after an accident If the vehicle is undriveable, contact your host to let them know and call roadside assistance at 1-[Number redacted for privacy and security] (US) or 1-[Number redacted for privacy and security] (CA). If you can still drive, contact your host to let them know. Then continue your trip and report the damage within 24 hours from the time of the incident. Use our Damage reporting center to file your report. If you were in an accident with another vehicle, record the other driver’s full name, address, and contact information. Get the vehicle registration number and insurance provider information. Be sure to get the contact information of any witnesses. And be sure to take clear photos of their car and all damage. Provide all those the other party involved in the accident with the Turo Incident Information card. I requested the vehicle to be at the airport for pickup which I believe was an error made on the Turo end. The company shared with me how I could change it on the Turo app for drop off at the airport. The only other issue. I had was that the company asked me to place keys under driver matt and place parking ticket in cup holder. They did not ask me to keep the car unlocked which they alerted me later. Quite frankly I would have been uneasy doing this anyhow as I have had a vehicle stolen in the past.
