Pickup and return went well. Car did shake when braking on highway but otherwise was great for a roadtrip. The only reason I am not giving more stars is the fact the host falsely claimed we damaged the interior and hid "suspicious items" in the van. Neither thing was true. She said a part of the seat was damaged but she witnessed me clip that piece right back into the seat as it was before pick up.
