The owner was great. She communicated well, and was very nice. The van we rented on the other hand was not so great. Once we opened the doors it had an awful smell like rotten fish… it was very bad we got air fresheners and it did not help at all. We let the owner know, but it honestly ruined our trip due to us not wanting to be in it so we limited our driving time as much as we could.

The vehicle was so useful for us during our trip and the host was so accommodating during numerous time changes I had made for our booking. The reason for my 3 star review is because the car reeked of marijuana and cigarettes. It was so bad it was giving me a headache. We needed to use the car with the windows down to air it out for the first 3 days. The locking mechanism on one of the doors was very loud too whenever you would lock the van or when the van would lock automatically while in use. Very very loud and annoying especially when you have a sleeping toddler in their car seat.

The car was really great with comfortable space for 3 of us and 6 luggages. Tu is helpful and kind to us so much! Suggest everyone to rent with him
