No Smoking - Penalties w🚫🚭NO SMOKING🚫🚭!! There is no smoking of any kind is permitted in any vehicle listed on Turo (this includes cigarettes, marijuana, vapes, etc) . We deliver every vehicle in clean smoke free condition to ensure a 5 star experience for every guest. Any guest who smokes in our vehicles will be charged the mandatory $250.00 fine to clean and deodorize the vehicle for the next guest. ⛽💯 We try our best to ensure every guest leaves with a full tank of gas. Please return the car full (or with the same amount received). There is a gas station located 1 mile away at 113 Browns way Rd, Midlothian. We recommend using this gas station before returning the vehicle. In the event you are unable to fill the tank before drop-off we will be happy to take care of that for you. There is a $10.00 convenience fee for this and you will be billed for the amount of the fill-up within 24 hours of your trip ending. ⏱️🚗⌛ For last minute bookings we may not have sufficient time to prep and wash the vehicle to our full standards. We clean every vehicle before and after every trip. In some cases we may not be able to clean the exterior of the vehicle or vacuum but you can rest assured we sanitize and wipe down the interior before each guest arrives. 🚫❌🐶🐱🚫❌ We like to ensure every guest receives a clean vehicle and enjoys every mile of their trip. Since many guests have pet allergies we do not allow pets in our vehicles. If you travel with a pet you will be charged a $150.00 fine to clean and deodorize the vehicle for the next guest. ill be charged for smoking in vehicle.
