  No, smoking is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. We kindly ask that you respect this policy to keep the car fresh and clean for all renters. Car is mostly used by my family or other families with kids. So please dont poison children.

• What do I need to bring when picking up the car?

  You'll need to bring a valid driver's license and your smartphone. Make sure to have the Turo app installed to facilitate check-in and check-out procedures.

• What happens if I accidentally damage the car during my rental?

  Turo provides insurance options for renters. If you encounter any damage, follow the instructions provided by Turo and the owner for reporting and addressing the issue. Remember, communication is key to a successful rental experience.

• Can I extend my rental period once it has started?

  Yes, you can often extend your rental period if the car is available. Just communicate with me through the Turo messaging system and request an extension.

• How should I return the car at the end of the rental period?

• Phoenix Sky Harbor East Economy Parking Fees?

  -PLEASE NOTE the cost of parking fees for exiting the garage (typically $6-$19, never exceeding $19) will be the renter’s responsibility.
