I don’t typically write reviews for much of anything but my experience with Irvin was so above and beyond that I felt compelled to. The car itself was perfect and very clean but the communication and flexibility from Irvin is what really set our experience apart. We got stranded in Florida for 4 more days than we had planned initially, due to flight issues. There were no rental cars available within 100 miles of the Tampa airport. I called Irvin back the next day and he was able to get me the same car and I picked it up a few miles from where we are. Our other option was Uber for 4 days and spend a fortune. People like Irvin is what set Turo apart from rental companies. Outside of the convenience aspect of renting a personal vehicle, you get to actually deal with a real person and not someone who could care less about your experience. I’ve never had a less than stellar experience with Turo or it’s hosts but Irvin was by far the best. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a car in the Tampa area.
This is our first time using Turo and Juan made it a great experience for us. Juan had the Jeep Grand Cherokee clean and ready for us at short notice. The vehicle was in great shape and family had a good time driving to Blue Ridge, GA. The trip also came with 2000 miles included which is quite useful when driving long distance. Juan was very responsive for any questions and has been an awesome host. I will be glad to rent it again. Thank you Juan for making our first trip through Turo a memorable one.

Perfect seller, car was very clean. Desiree even provided a phone charger an antibacterial wipes. She met us 1/2 way when we dropped the car back off which was very convenient. Drop off and pick up was easy and her and her husband were very sweet. Would definitely rent from again.
The perfect jeep! I highly recommend this awesome / fun jeep. I had family visit and wanted to have an extra car. We had the best time riding in this stylish jeep. Easy to remove the top. It even includes easy access to hook up your phone so you can play your own music on its awesome stereo. The pick up and drop off was very simple. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. I’ll definitely be renting again! Thank you!
