The car was nice; however, we experienced some very unpleasant issues with the host during our first time using Turo.
Upon arriving at the car, I wasn’t given the code to unlock the key box. I had to message the host to get it. While not a major issue, it was an inconvenience.
More importantly, the host reported damage after we returned the car. I had recorded a video before driving off, and it’s clearly visible that the damage was already there. This feels like a sneaky move by the host, trying to blame me for something I didn’t cause. They didn’t even ask if I received a car this way.
I’ll dispute the claim and communicate directly with Turo. This was a very unpleasant experience, as the host is attempting to hold me responsible, good thing I made a video and photo evidence before driving off. I’m giving two stars only because the car itself was good

It is very unfortunate that you have such an impression of the trip. I will try to explain from my side. First - I opened a claim looking and based on my photos before the trip, where the area is not a damage. This is a brand new car. Second - I send you the code from the lock box twice in the Turo message, and also added details in Turo app. When you wrote, I answered in 1 min. Third - using the parking lot is a rule, we cannot park in the terminal, which I also wrote about. Thank you!
