** Delivery restriction: Sienna cannot be delivered to Denver airport between June 23rd thru 28th. For any other dates, please feel free to book for the airport or any of the other available locations. ** All of my vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every trip to ensure they are safe for your travels. AWD, seats 7 with plenty of luggage space. Bluetooth and backup camera. Has a brand new windshield and brand new Run Flat tires with M+S tire rating. (Mud and snow.) The Sienna is easy to drive and excellent at highway speeds. PETS Pets ARE NOT allowed in this vehicle at any time - to both protect the vehicle and help future guest's with specific allergies. Any pet hair and pet dander found in vehicles may incur additional fees.

Guidelines

PLEASE, no smoking of any kind in the vehicle including no vaping, marijuana or cigarettes. I will need to charge a hefty fee to remove odor or repair burn marks, etc. This is a courtesy to both the next guests as well as my family. Keep in mind, a lost key can be very costly. If key is lost, I do have to charge replacement including $0.58 a mile round trip to deliver the spare. Please keep the key in a safe place =]

  • How do I add a driver? Does the primary driver need to be present at pick up?

    Adding a driver is done entirely through the Turo app. If that driver is new to Turo, please ensure you leave a day or two for their approval. Turo requires that the vehicle can ONLY be released to the Primary driver with their valid driver's license on hand. If you can't make it for pickup and you're primary on the reservation, you'll need to contact Turo support directly to cancel and re-book the reservation in your companion(s)' name.

  • How to get a hold of me?

    1) Send a message in the Turo app. Start it with URGENT if you need a response ASAP. 2) If it's an emergency, call Turo support directly at 415.965.4525 Otherwise, for medical emergency, please call 911. You can reach me directly by phone if needed. However, please only contact me AFTER you send the message through the Turo App.

  • How do Tolls work?

    Vehicle is equipped with a toll transponder for your convenience. This will work on E470, C470, I70 corridor into the mountains and the Northwest Parkway. Fees will accumulate and a reimbursement request will be sent to you once CDOT provides the cost.

Filled tank upon returning and was charged $30 after the conclusion of my trip. I only drove about 20 miles back to where I had to park the car and the car averages 20 mpg... so don’t bother filling up the car upon returning better off to leave it empty. And the breaks were worn and pulsating so if your not comfortable with that on the mountain roads this car isn’t for you. Otherwise the car worked perfectly for a group of 5 with ski gear.

Steven, this is very disappointing considering all my efforts on our side to resolve and ask Turo to go out of their way to refund the $10. This refund was a courtesy move, considering the clear evidence of the low fuel in the photos. We were very clear about the fuel situation at the return facility up front which makes this one star rating extremely unwrranted. Our goal is to accommodate where we can and respond in the best way in the interest of the guest, which we did.

The van was great for trip to mountains. We had four adults, two kids, and two snowboards. We did get charged cause the windshield cracked in the bitter cold on early drive to airport, but even with that additional expense it was still cheaper than rental company and we had awd.

Anthony did a great job of communicating with me. I needed a car on very short notice and he was able to accommodate me. I’m very pleased with my experience and I would use his car again.
