The shuttle was amazing and made picking up and dropping off the car amazing. The vehicle was everything that was advertised and was in great condition! We had a family of 5 and a 3 month old and it was really easy to get in and out. It was also able to accommodate all of our luggage easily as well! Oh and not to mention we were in Hawaii for 7 days and only used 1 tank of gas and we drove to hanalei twice from Poipu area and then some more driving around the island. I would 100% recommend to anybody traveling with a large family and trying to save some gas as well!

Pretty straight forward, easy pickup/drop-off . Good communication. A little hiccup with key FOB, but was resolved relatively quickly. Thanks!

The car was in fine condition besides the smashed backlight. But the main issue we had was that the key battery was dead, so it took a really long time to start the car. There were many moments that we weren’t sure if the car was going to be able to start causing stress on our vacation. For the amount that we paid this was a big disappointment and would hope to be compensated for the trouble.
