Can I return the car late?
I rely on the car being returned on time, so that I have enough time to prepare it for the next rental. If for some reason you can not return it on time, please do let me know right away so I can check if extension of the rental is possible.
Is there anything I need to do before returning the car?
Please return the car with a full tank of gas. I aim to deliver cars with a tank of gas topped off. I'd appreciate it if you could do the same. I'd also appreciate it if you could return the van reasonably clean, similar to how you have picked it up. You do not need to detail it or get every single grain of sand out of it, please remove all trash and return it in a reasonable condition. In case the exterior is dirty and you like to get the van cleaned, I recommend Sudz car wash in Lihue or Kapaa.

Tim was exceptionally responsive and communicative both leading up to and on the trip. He allowed us to change pick up location and number of rental beach chairs. While we had the car, a service alert chimed, and he said the car would need repair. He generously upgraded our vehicle and made it convenient to swap. We loved both cars we had, and I look forward to renting from Tim in the future!
