Radio has been upgraded to touchscreen with lots of new features!!! For a more awesome ride, We had a few Young drivers who didn't ask for help with the radio and therefore left negative feedback. This is not a stock radio so has way more feature than a stock radio would have, but yet they feel entitled to complain and leave negative feedback when this radio is better than stock that other owners don't even offer. Please ask and communicate! Please dont leave negative feedback when you dont know how to do something with the car, Communicate is key! We don't give free delivery gas is high, uber cost money if your going to rent and expect free deliver than find an owner that offers that, We know some had tried to get free delivery and left negative feedback Ride in comfort with this spacious van. Led lighting and great entertainment equipment. Everythings work please make sure you take care of these extras. I know it's a rental but we don't want it to be like a rental. Looking for the right car to rent may be a tough decision but just know you are in good hands when you rent one of my cars. I take pride in the cars I own. I keep them all in great looking shape no matter the year. I treat the newest cars as well as the oldest cars. I keep the cars all up to date on their scheduled maintenance to make sure they are working, no check engine lights, and have them painted periodically to keep them looking their best. I use top of the line full synthetic oil, the latest LED Lighting, the best RainX/Michelin windshield wipers, best wax, and car tire dressing, and the list goes on. I will have the car cleaned and detailed before pick up. I want to make sure your trip whether planned or emergency rental is a smooth transaction. I do offer paid delivery to the airports and addressed preferred. I am very flexible on the weekends and after 3 pm due to my work. If you need the car before those hours I use the Turo Valet or designated drop off. I go out of my way to make sure every renter feels at ease when renting my cars. you can text me anytime and I will be sure to respond as quickly as possible. If trouble does arrive I will be there to order a tow or even meet you to have a tire repaired after my work hours. I am giving more miles than most people with 200 miles a day compared to 100 miles. I think this is plenty of miles per day. You will need to accommodate your miles to days rented to make sure they are enough. I usually allow a little over like 10 miles or so. Anything other than that, you will be charged. Go farther on your journey by planning ahead. (Air Conditioning, AM/FM Radio, CD Player, Cruise Control, Power Steering) ****** Please note if you use the Van as Cargo Van or to Haul things please let me know. We know it has stow and go which chair easily folds into the floor for hauling space. . So we can take precautions to protect Van's inside. Please ensure that the Van comes back in good condition. ****** She likes Mobile/Shell. It can take Flex Fuel so save on gas some ethanol station are only $2.49 a gallon. PLEASE DO NOT PUT DIESEL IT WILL MESS UP THE ENGINE. ******* I have notice that people have been putting the van in Eco mode. This van is great for saving gas on Eco mode but it does take away the power. If you are going up the mountains make sure to take off Eco mode. Insurance information: If you decline Turo insurance we are not responsible for you damaging our car. We had gotten several renters who either decline insurance or got basic insurance. Then they either don't want to pay for damages or are mad that they have to pay out of their pockets. I had lots of renters lie about damages after the fact even with pre-existing pictures and evidence. We don't understand the mentality as you damage property, getting mad at the owner and don't want to pay. We recommend getting adequate or the highest coverage possible. 99 percent of the time the car will be given to you with a full tank with picture upon pickup. Please return with a full tank. You will be charged for the gas if it is not full. I will upload a picture of the receipt. Keep in mind I am not getting paid first to drive, then to pump gas, and then drive back. This takes time and effort on my part and then to get a lower feedback score from mad renters who use the gas and don't want to pay for it.
