This is our 2nd time renting from Cao. It’s easy for pick up & drop off. A nice vehicle & there’s plenty of room.
Cao had us waiting for over 30 mins the first trip and we waited for over 15 minutes this time. We were rated poorly during our it 1st trip because there was sand in the vehicle after a beach trip. My brother is paralyzed & in a wheelchair. Yes, he had to scoot on his rear end to get around the beach. I was unaware of a policy to clean the vehicle before returning. However, we were certain it was returned vacuumed this time.

Hi Rebecca. Thanks for the feedback, most of time I was ready before the trip start and customer can pick up immediately. In rare case there will be a delay when unexpected issue happen. We are committed to best customer experience and convenience, and we DON'T EXPECT to have vehicle returned super clean or vacuumed.
However we may charge additional cleaning such as pets, smoke, muds, large spill, inside interior a very reasonable fee. Just like other car rental services.
