Franklin is very nice and was able to accommodate my late pickup on a Monday night.

Everything was good except the middle seats did not lock well after unfolding. The owner did mention that he was unaware of this issue and will get it rectified asap. Otherwise we enjoyed the trip and did not face any major issue with car.
