We will have the car ready for you when you get to Kauai. It will be located at the new Turo parking lot. A Turo shuttle will transport you to the lot and to and from the airport. More details below. A courtesy shuttle will run to and from LIH, from 7 am to 11 pm, daily. The shopping center is about 8 minutes from the airport and the shuttle will pick up guests every 20–25 minutes. Additional drivers can be added by modifying your reservation. All drivers must be approved by Turo before operating any vehicle. ⚠️ please note – ABSOLUTELY NO OFF ROADING OR DRIVING IN THE SAND, this is to protect your family as much as the vehicle. Also, NO SMOKING, VAPING, PETS OR AIR FRESHENERS. Please return the car in the same condition it was received. If you want to save time and avoid the last minute dash to drop off by pre-paying for Gas and cleaning services. Excessive sand, mud, wear and tear of interior or exterior will incur additional cleaning fees of $250. If you need to clean the vehicle there is a great option called Sudz in Lihue 2 minutes from the Turo lot. They have a car wash and vacuums. No smoking or vaping, if found, an additional $250 fee will be applied for professional cleaning and sanitization. In addition you may be permanently removed form the Turo platform.
