Hello! Thank you for choosing us for your rental necessities. Vehicle pickup and drop off is located at 330 Veterans Memorial Blvd Kenner, La 70062. You will see a car lot at the corner of Veterans and Greenwood St. We are just around the corner. Pass up the first sign "Bargain Deals Inc" and make a right on Greenwood St. Drive up to the third gate door to your right. Once you drive up please call or text to receive the vehicle's lockbox pin. The steering wheel was not straight. Other than that it was good. Very kind and responsive.

Overall great experience. Good van. No mechanical issues. Lots of space for our family of five. Good price.
A couple of issues:
1. The van smells like smoke. It isn’t horrible but it’s very present and wasn’t mentioned in advance of the booking at all.
2. The location of the car being just off airport property is a little inconvenient if you are coming to and from the airport. We had issues getting an Uber to pick us up after dropping the van off. And from personal experience, I can tell you that walking is not a great option. With the added stress of Uber being needed I would recommend plenty of extra time for dropping the van off if you are then flying out after that.

Great location near the airport and easy pickup/drop-off. The host was very responsive and helped with any questions we had! Recommend for large groups.
