Guidelines
I am an animal lover but not when it comes to my car, so please keep your furry friends at home. Absolutely no smoking. Please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it was delivered to you with. The car must be clean enough to show that there's no damage. If the vehicle is covered in mud please clean it before returning it. Please be on time. If you would like to change the duration of your trip, please contact Turo to update. Please respect the next renter by bringing it back clean. A cleaning fee charge will apply for bringing the car back excessively dirty or smelling of smoke.
Faqs
Do I need to wash the car upon return?
When returning, the car must be clean enough to show that there's no damage. Dirt & bugs are fine you don't have to wash the car unless it's covered in mud.
Will this be a contactless pickup/drop off?
Picking up at my location or the airport will be contactless. Delivering to a specific location will be a meeting unless requested otherwise prior to drop off.
Will the car be disinfected?
Yes. The car will be disinfected as per Turo's guidelines.

The vehicle was clean and pick up location was easy to find only complaint was me and my family traveled from Illinois to New Jersey 15 hour trip wheel was shaky brakes were making noise when stopping brakes could of been worn, damaged, or warped causing vibrations and a squeaking sound I was so scared to drive I had to get vehicle towed filled up tank was told by host it was $6short which I took pics full tank before releasing vehicle back to host never had this experience very disappointed thank god we made it back safely tho

Very nice van , a lot of space for the family very comfortable and pretty good drive, finde the pick up location pretty easy and the communication with the host was excellent

The car was just right! Clean and had enough space to fit the family. The host was really nice and the pick up and drop off was a breeze.

The host was very nice, car was clean. The host was also very responsive. Pick up location was easy to find with simple instructions on how to retrieve the key. My only complaint was that the breaks were terrible. We took a 4-hour trip to drop my daughter off at college, and we were honestly scared to drive the van. The breaks were literally scraping! A very dangerous situation for highway driving. Other than that everthing was good.
