Guidelines
Rental vehicle return guidelines: On-Time Return: The vehicle must be returned by the agreed-upon time to avoid late fees. Extensions may be available but must be arranged in advance. Cleaning Requirements: The vehicle should be returned in a reasonably clean condition. A cleaning fee may be charged if excessive dirt, stains, or mess is found. Pet Hair Violation: If pet hair is found, a cleaning fee may apply as per the rental company’s policy. Some companies prohibit pets entirely unless prior arrangements are made for service dog. No Smoking Policy: Smoking (including vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. A smoking violation fee may be charged if smoke odor or residue is detected.
