Very smooth ride. Host communicates alot, which was a good thing. The only problem was during my trip I was asked about the vehicle, and when I responded I received a phone call from someone saying they investigated and never had complaints about the issue from anyone else. Not sure why it was necessary to interrupt my trip to tell me I'm wrong. Overall, smooth check-in and check out.

From the very beginning pick up went great. Very safe pick up location and great communication for an unfussy pick up. The van is beautiful inside and out. We have two toddlers and a teenager and the amount of space was wonderful. Having the DVD player on the road was 100% useful and the compartments were lined up like an airplane a very beautiful feature. The space in the trunk was plentiful we managed to put three suitcases, two bags of clothes, and multiple pillows and blankets. There were charging ports in the back including an ac outlet so we were able to charge the laptop. Also I would like to compliment the compartments in the front of the van. So many places to store your personal needs. That was Mommy's personal favorite plenty of drink holders I think 8 to be total just in the front. I love this van. Our host was great anytime we needed anything they responded immediately. They really made an unfortunate family emergency feel like a vacation and I hope they're aware of how grateful we are for that. I am so in love with this minivan. It was the smoothest ride, and powerful. I barely step on the gas pedal and she takes off.

💖- Back has indented space to optimize on storage, or you can put the 3rd row seats down.

🩷- I LOVE that it has a DVD player, and it works! The features are accessed through the touch screen console in front. A/C wprls fantastic.

💖- This minivan is maintained. The stickers shows that it has 3000 miles tp go before the next oil change.

🩷- Great communication and responsive owner.

💗 I was able to ask Taha to block off another day in case I need to extend, which end up happening.

💖- Pick up location is in a secure fenced lot. I dropped off by myself, locking myself in the lot until my uber came.

🩷-Automatic sliding side doors, and back gate lift.

-The only issue is the fob ia loose, and rhe key was not able to fit and be secured. I stored the key in a safe place until vehicle return. The car is anle to drive with just the fob.

They definitely have the narket offering UNLIMITED miles as most places offered a mileage cap off 100 or 200 molea a day in the Housyon surrounding market.

Given how well this vehicle was maintained, how impeccanle it drove, and the unlimited mileage...the price point was dedinitely worth it!
