Car is new but pick up and drop off are too complicated . I came from Florida and chose to pickup drop off at O'hare airport . They didn't let me know how to pickup the car till i arrived the airport and then tell me come to departure terminal 1 to get it . We have 6 people included 2 baby kids with alot luggage and stuff had to go there and stood outside to wait and look for him ( the one give us the car didn't match with turo avatar account) . When drop off we met at same place but i have to wait for him more than 15 mins and drove around the airport 3-4 time till he show up that's why the gas tank can't full and they charge $16.75 fuel + $10 convenience fee for it . It's not big amount but i feel they're unprofessional and don't care much about the customer. Will not book them agian if i come back Chicago

Sir you came 2 hours early and i still delivered you the car early so yea not a good experience for me either!
