Vehicle is parked in the drive way

* Please this is a NO smoking vehicle. This is in order to keep our vehicles clean for future guest. Not only is this a violation for our booking but it is also a Turo violation. *Please NO pets! The pet hair is very difficult to get cleaned for our guest and can cause problems for guest as well. * Ipass is provided in vehicle. This Ipass belongs to vehicles tags. Any tolls, violations, or tickets will be sent to guest for guest to pay once we receive those notices if applicable. Prompt payment is required by guest. * Please double check vehicle for any items being left behind. We are not responsible for items left in vehicle nor can we guarantee to save them. We have a very high turn around rate and the vehicles get cleaned and rented out fairly quickly. We will do our best to put items aside and save for 5 days for customers. However, we can not guarantee that cleaning crews will be responsible for finding and saving items left behind. *Additional drivers must be approved through Turo prior to picking up the vehicle and must be added to this booking. Person renting vehicle must be present at time of pick up and drop off. *Please follow parking drop off and pick up instructions. This is crucial especially when parking in airports to return vehicle in proper parking lots/garages. This helps keep the cost down of our rentals and allows us to better serve our customers. *Guest are fully responsible for any vehicle damage, negligence, issues, or expenses incurred during rental.
