If there is smoking in the vehicle there will be a Turo report filed and in violation of our policy along with TURO's no smoking policy, you will be passed a fee and any other consequences Turo has due to this. NO PETS ALLOWED!! Please no pets allowed at all. It is extremely difficult to clean pet hair from vehicles. Many people have allergies as well to pets. We do our best to represent this vehicle as clean and sanitary as possible and pets inside will not allow us to do this. Each guest is responsible for tolls, parking tickets, any tickets or fees incurred while in possession of the vehicle. Guest is fully responsible for the condition of the vehicle. We ask that if there is any damage done or any issues with the vehicle to please contact us immediately. Please make sure any vehicle accessories are left in the vehicle and undamaged. A fee will be charged if not in vehicle when returned or damaged. Please treat this vehicle with care. Please keep it clean and return it in the same condition as received. We take pride in giving out each vehicle in the best condition as possible and hope that the guest will do the same so that we can continue to provide excellent service to each and every Turo customer. Please remove any and all belongings when ending your trip. We are not responsible for any items left behind. If you have left anything behind, please contact us immediately. I cannot guarantee any items left behind. we have a high turn around rate and put in the vehicles to get cleaned quickly as they may be retuned out right away. If we do find any items or we are contacted, we will hold on to them for 4 days and after that they will be thrown away.
