Up for rent is my beautiful, reliable, and spacious 2014 Toyota Sienna LE. This vehicle seats up to 8 passengers and the 8th seat is removable (stored in trunk) to create plenty of room in the cabin. No matter your destination, this vehicle is perfect for your next trip. For your convenience, I offer free parking on-site at the home pickup location. Feel free to park anywhere on the driveway - all I ask is that you avoid blocking any cars on the driveway or parking directly in front of the garage doors. For trips involving delivery to local airports (BWI, IAD, DCA), guest will be responsible for half the parking cost ($11 at BWI, etc.). For your convenience, carseats for infants/toddlers/children (up to 100lbs) are available as an extra ($8 per carseat per day) upon request. Carseats will not be pre-installed but the instruction manual will be in the glovebox. If you plan on requesting carseats, please ensure you know how to safely install them. No smoking or pets permitted in the vehicle. A $150 smoking fee will be assessed if the vehicle is smoked in. I kindly ask that you do your best to return the vehicle in the same condition you received it. A $150 cleaning fee may be assessed if the vehicle is returned with excessive dirt, stains, pet hair, spills, and/or waste.
A: Regular unleaded; I do ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return.
A: I do offer an “Extra” where you can purchase unlimited mileage; if you are going to go over mileage by a significant amount, I encourage you to purchase that extra. Otherwise, I charge per mile over the allotted mileage, which varies depending on the car, but you can find the details on the trip details page of the app.
A: Yes, as a renter, you are responsible for all toll charges. At the end of each trip, I will go through and tally up all the toll charges and request reimbursement at the end of the trip. Toll Transponder #: G501606366606
A: Turo requires all communication to be held in the Turo app, and I ask that you please adhere to this policy. The Turo app is managed nearly 24/7 per day while my personal cell phone is not - by messaging here in the app you will get the quickest response. It is IMPORTANT that you download the Turo app and turn notifications on, otherwise, you will miss important pieces of instruction for vehicle pick up.
A: I ask that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. I don't expect you to go out and detail the car before return, but we do appreciate the car being tidy upon return.
A: Please get in touch with Turo Customer Support, as hosts are unable to provide Technical Support.
A: Unfortunately, the pick-up location is not flexible and cannot be modified. However, I do offer delivery for a fee and free delivery is available for trips lasting 1 week or longer.

A: Yes! The vehicle will be ready for you at your pick-up time, but it is perfectly fine if you need to pick it up after that.
