Areas of Improvement:
1. CarPlay DOES NOT wok with Bluetooth.(Description needs to be corrected). Its a surprise factor as I booked this car due to the Carplay compatibility. It was a big challenge for me in a new place in a high way, who got used to seeing maps thru carplay.(So nice of the host to suggest me to use the wired one thru USB, Unfortunately my Iphone-16, has only Type C compatibility only and I was not having the time to shop for the accessories based on car’s available ports.)
2. Baby seat was not provided although I booked for it.(so nice of the host to refund the money, but its not about the money it about the availability)
PS: The above was review to enhance the quality of service and not a lacuna of the services.
It was last minute booking . Had no chance to get the car seat . However, had refund the guest.

Fabulous car. Took the family including two grandmas, aged 92 and 80, to our son’s college graduation. Car drove excellent and host was helpful and responsive. Highly recommend

We recently rented a Toyota Sienna from Turo for our family trip to Zion. I like prefer location for drop/pickup vehicle options.The spacious interior and comfortable seating made our long drive from the Bay Area a breeze. The Sienna handled beautifully, and the sliding doors made loading and unloading a snap. We loved the ample storage space too. Highly recommend this vehicle for any family road trip!. Host is friendly and understanding. Will be coming back for sure 👍

Will was very easy to rent from. Gave great instructions to find the car. A rock chipped the windshield during our rental and he offered to fix is when we returned the vehicle vs having us find a shop.
