Our vehicles will be fully cleaned upon delivery. Please kindly return it in the same clean, immaculate condition you received it. This is a NON-EATING, NON-DRINKING, and NON-INTIMACY vehicle. Pets are not allowed on the car. If the vehicle is returned dirty, there will be a minimum cleaning charge of $40.00 to ensure the vehicle is ready for the next delivery. RE-Fueling Don't have time to refuel the vehicle before returning it? No problem, we'll take care of it! Please note that we do charge a small $10 refueling fee on top of the cost. DMV TOLLS NOTE: Toll charges are not included in the reservation price and will be added to your trip. SMOKING/NAPPING Smoking and/or vaping inside the vehicle is ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED. (Please read Turo's policies for up to $250 additional in fees.). ABUSE OF VEHICLE Strictly prohibited any type of off-road/tracking; must stay on paved roads at all times. Absolutely no stepping, dancing, or standing on top of the vehicle. If you need any additional time during your rental, please make changes to the trip on TURO, and we will review it. Above all else, please enjoy your trip and be safe. If no extras were purchased, please make sure to follow these rules & policies to avoid any charges. RULES & POLICIES - No Smoking (up to $250 fee) - No Pets - No Dirt, Stains, or Off-Roading - Late Return ($25 fee for every 30 minutes late passed return time) - Refuel (total + $10) - Return the vehicle in the same condition as received.
