As soon as I arrived to pick up the kia serrnento car , Lou was friendly,pffofessional and ready! The vehicle was parked front and center and he went over all the necessary info about it! and I was off and running! The suv ran like a dream with no issues at all ! It was meticulously clean and even the airfreshener was refreshing! A perfect trip! the only confusion was when I dropped the car off 26 days later ! A couple was waiting for me instead of Lou! They were alittle confused as to how the vehicle should be returned and the man was telling me , i should have brought it back washed and vacuumed ! That was not in the agreement and easily resolved ! Thank you for a pleasurable agreement!

Everything was absolutely perfect. It's a very nice vehicle and they are very nice people. They delivered the vehicle to the airport and picked it up from the airport, so there was no waiting in rental car lines and we didn't have to worry about any of the logistical details. I will definitely be renting from them again. The app was seamless.
