Chris was awesome! quick in responding to messages. The Model X "Signature Addition" was everything you ask for, very clean, looks new and acceleration is ridiculous. I like the "chill" mode for smooth road trip, and only caveat is that 240 mile range, the car calculates the stops and charging time. My family enjoyed the experience and my kids were thrilled with this model. We rented it to see how it fits for our family and this model is best to experience all the features and exploring it. Definitely recommend renting it from Chris, will rent again for my future needs.

This CR-V was all as-advertised. It was clean, drove well, and was comfortable. Also got 30.5mpg which was a bonus. Great car for road trips due to the excellent automatic cruise control and lane keeping features. Terrance was personable and easy to work with. Additionally, in addition to being on-time, his free delivery was very convenient. I would definitely not hesitate to rent this car (or one of Terrance’s other cars) again in the future. 5 Stars!!!
