We offer professional services and only use green products to clean each car! All our vehicles are immediately sanitized and inspected for quality satisfaction upon return.

We take excellent care of our vehicles from the cosmetic aspect to the mechanical side. We understand our vehicles are a reflection and representation of our brand and our commitment to providing exceptional service for our customers.

We are committed to ensuring a smooth experience from the moment you reserve one of our vehicles to the moment you return it. We believe in making things as simple and convenient as possible for everyone.

----------- PICK UP DETAILS -----------  
Please text or call us when you are 15 minutes from arriving and a member of our team will be waiting for you to verify your identification and provide you with keys/fobs to the vehicle. We made the process fast and simple for your convenience! ----------- DELIVERY DETAILS -----------  
A team member will deliver the vehicle to the location that’s on your reservation. You are responsible for any airport parking charges incurred if the delivery location is at an airport.
 
----------- RETURN DETAILS -----------  
Please text or call us when you are 15 minutes from arriving and a member of our team will be waiting for you to accept the return of the vehicle. Please return the vehicle in the same condition as received including cleanliness. Please fill the gas back to the same level as when you received the vehicle or choose the option to prepay for fuel in the Extras menu.  
 
---------- VEHICLE INSPECTION ----------  
Upon delivery, inspect the vehicle for damages and take photos. We will let you know of any scratches or dents on the vehicle. We will always upload our own photos of the vehicle as well, which you can view too.  

----------- RECHARGING POLICY -----------
This applies only to electric vehicles. You can recharge during your trip at a supercharger station and I’ll request that amount on the back end through Turo.
 
-------- TRIP EXTENSIONS/CHANGES --------  
1.) Go to the “Trip Details Tab” 
2.) Click “Modify Trip” 
3.) Change time, date, or location. 
4.) Wait for us to approve the change. 
NOTE: If the vehicle is available, we will always approve the request.

Guidelines

RULES & POLICIES (FEES MAY APPLY) - No Smoking. This is Strictly Prohibited, and a Fee will be charged. - No Pets. - No Dirt, Stains, or Off-Roading. - Late Returns are subject to a Late Fee. - Lost Keys/Fobs/Key Tags need to be replaced via Turo Roadside Assistance Program prior to return. - Flat Tires Must be Fixed or Replaced via Turo Roadside Assistance Program prior to return. - Refuel Fees will be incurred if the vehicle is Not returned at the same Gas Level as received. - Vehicle Must be returned to the same location as the pick-up location. - All Toll Charges, Violations, Tickets, and any other charges you incur during your trip will be billed back to you after your trip ends. - You Must provide Proof of Insurance if you decline the Turo Protection Plan. We will not provide keys to the car without Proof of Insurance or a Turo Protection Plan.

  • What happens with unpaid Toll charges?

    All vehicles are registered with SunPass. All toll charges, violations, and any other charges you incur during your trip will be billed back to you after your trip.

  • What type of insurance comes with the car?

    The insurance plan goes through Liberty Mutual and covers the vehicle, but you can learn more at https://turo.com/insurance Note: Registration and insurance card are in the glove compartment.  

  • Can I smoke in or around the car?

    No smoking/vaping smell, ashes, or buds are allowed in the vehicle. Fees may apply for violating this rule.

First time user and everything was flawless. From picking it up to me bother her about where to go wash it and clean it out. But she was very helpful and a great host. When we come down again i know who im renting from again! Thanks again!

Overall services were rendered. It was my first time using Turo and mostly it went fine until the day before drop-off. Before taking possession of the vehicle I got verbal permission to return it at a different location from pick-up. I also verified later the same day after I had possession of the vehicle the arrangement. On the day before return I was suddenly told Ms Miller changed her mind and now wanted the vehicle returned where it was picked up. As a business owner I knew I had nothing in writing but her associate was put in a real bad position because she agreed that she had got permission on the day of pickup to have the vehicle returned to a different location. Both associates I dealt with were nice the vehicles service light was on and a mask and tissue were left inside on pickup. Make sure if you make any requests they are in writing for this host.
