Great size Family van for groups of 5 or more for traveling. Deep trunk space for luggage's and cargo. Mini Van provides cold AC throughout the Van on each row, reasonable on gas for large vehicle. Automatic sliding doors on both sides for easy access. Tinted windows to block Hawaii heat. Also has seatcovers and weather proof car mats for your vacation adventures!

Guidelines

PLEASE READ ALL GUIDELINES • No pets. • No drugs. • No drinking and driving. • No smoking, vaping, or enjoying our natural locally grown pakalolo (marijuana). $250 cleaning fees will apply • Minivan drinks regular pump 87 gas • No off-roading! It’s a minivan. • Please be courteous at the end of your trip and tidy up the van and remove any food or trash to prevent odor. • We have seat covers for protection but please cover the seats completely with a towel when too wet or dirty after hiking or visiting our beaches to prevent water damage and stains to the upholstery. • We encourage you to visit Hawaii's beautiful beaches but keep in mind that sand is very difficult to get out of the car. While the vehicle does have weatherproof mats, you can almost always find a shower at the beach to wash off saltwater and sand. A bottle of water in the trunk can come in handy, in case you can't find a shower. Please do not park vehicle in isolated areas for break-ins or stolen items on hikes or beaches, please do not leave valuables in site from windows to prevent break-ins as well. Hide anything of value in trunk or areas not visible from outside. Follow all parking signs and do not risk parking in unwanted residential areas or "NO PARKING" zones to prevent car from being towed away. You will be in charged for all tow fees and inconveniences for host. • Also, we don't mind if you eat in the car, but please be careful to not spill. Please remember that sand, spilled food, stains, etc. may incur professional cleaning fees. All original car registration, safety check, and insurance cards will be kept in glove compartment in case needed. All paperwork must be same location not damaged or missing upon pick up of van. If for any reason it goes missing or damaged we will assess a fee for these documents to be replaced. This van does have a tracking device for emergency and safety reasons in the event the vehicle is reported stolen. For any reason you forgot where you parked or need to track it please give me a call. • Turo has a strict insurance policy that ends when your trip ends. If you arrive early or need more time or are running late, please request an extension through the Turo app. If you do NOT notify us before your scheduled return time, this may result in fees listed under Turo support found here: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990780-Fees-fines Make sure to close all windows, and lock vehicle at all times when not in use.

Faqs

  • If any last minutes changes must be made can we call to change them outside of the TURO app?

    If any last minutes changes must occur, everything must be changed and discussed via the TURO app for insurance purposes.

  • Do I need to provide Host with drivers license upon pick up?

    Yes, we will take a picture of actual license at pick up. Only authorized driver that booked the trip can be the driver of the vehicle unless other drivers were added via the app.

  • Do we verify any pre-existing damages on vehicle at pick up?

    Yes we both will take as many pictures and vidoes necessary of all minor damages at pick up before and after the trip. We will upload all documents to TURO app.

  • Does the car need to be spotless upon drop off?

    No. However this is our personal family van so we would expect you to treat it like your own vehicle. Of course we expect to have minor stuff as typical rentals do upon return. We just ask that any big messes and trash are removed and no major damages. We always clean and disinfect after each trip rental. Any excessive dirt or damage will come with a fee.
