Using Robert's Subaru was the ideal first experience for using Turo. In short, Robert Baer sets the highest bar for this sort of service. I am new to the service and knew the week of December 26 to January 1 was bound to feature a travel hassle or two. But not with this process. To summarize, this experience was beyond what I hoped for it. I experienced clear, quick communication, sensible tips for easier travel, and a true commitment to meeting my needs...whether I knew I had a need or not. Oh, and the price was very fair. Robert earns a SOLID 5-Stars from first contact through end of trip. May all my Turo rentals be like this!

Rented this for my wife to drive for Mother’s Day weekend. It was a great car and Brandon was super easy to deal with.

Highly recommend Robert and his vehicle for anyone looking to rent in the greater Denver area. Robert was extremely friendly and accommodating, flexible with the pickup and drop off times and a pleasure to deal with. The car was immaculate, and very comfortable to drive also.

This car was great for what I needed. Ran great. Good condition. It was not “dirty” when I picked it up but it was not clean, which is as you would expect during the Denver winter. This was great for me as returning it clean while a snow storm is going on is almost unreasonable. Molly is the type of host that is apparently more practical than that. One of several reasons why I would gladly recommend her to friends. I was staying around the corner from her house and when she needed the car back a few hours early, she was happy to come pick it up and save me the return / fill-up hassle. Overall it was a great experience and Molly was very easy to work with.

Johnathan was incredibly responsive to my questions about the car and responded quickly. The car was in good shape and worked well.

Another flawless car rental with Turo. Daniel was a very gracious host who kept his jeep in great condition. It was very clean, cables for charging and music were provided, and the added snowboard/ski rack made this trip easy and enjoyable. The jeep handled 2 snowstorms on the way to the mountains very well and when the roads were dry the 2WD could be used instead to save on gas. At drop off Daniel was more than happy to let me wait for my Uber with him. A very nice rental and I look forward to renting from Daniel again!

Jonathan made pick up and drop off very easy. We both were running late for pickup and he was very transparent and kept me updated on when the vehicle would be available (it wasn’t a long delay). Because of the inconvenience, he told me to feel free to keep it a little after the drop off time if I needed it. We didn’t need it but I liked the gesture. We went to Steamboat Springs for a day trip to the hot springs and the Rogue made it through the snow extremely well. The all wheel drive plus the snow drive setting made it very easy to get to those hard to get hot springs. This was after a couple of snowstorms as well. Highly recommended.

This Honda Pilot was very clean, easy to drive, and had plenty of room for my family to comfortably travel around Denver. The SUV had a third row seat for extra passengers, a rear camera for safety, and eco mode with great fuel efficiency. Luke was on time, polite, and communicative. Highly recommend!

Host was great and quick to respond to questions regarding our trip and was super accommodating when our flight plans changed and we needed a little extra time. Will definitely look to rent through Hao next time we are in town.

Robert was a fantastic host for our family ski trip. The car was very clean and perfect for our family of four with 5 bags and 2 backpacks. He also provided a booster seat for my youngest daughter. Pickup and drop off was the easiest that I have experienced with Turo! Communication was amazing! Overall a great trip! We will definitely book with Bob again!

Fantastic experience! Had to find a car to be delivered by Monday morning at 6am after my car broke down on Sunday night! Taikeyiah came through w only 10 hours notice. I felt very blessed. The car was clean and fun to drive. I would definitely rent this car - or any car that Taikeyiah is renting - again in the future.

Daniel was an amazing host for the vehicle. It was in perfect condition, full tank of gas and freshly out of a car wash. Great communication and he went above and beyond when I requested a slight change in plans. Highly recommend. He’s made me a loyal customer out of me for Turo after my first trip.

This Jeep was super clean and comfortable, got great mpg, and had plenty of power to pass in the mountains. Bruce was flexible and communicative. Will rent from him again next time I come to Colorado.

Robert and his wife were very responsive and pick up and drop off were easy. The Lexus was great and handled very well in some icy conditions on Berthoud Pass. We only used about a half tank of gas over 6 days so the hybrid feature was also a plus. Would definitely rent from Robert again.

Patrick's wonderful Subaru, aka Ruby the Subie, handled our 2 week trip in the mountains with aplomb. We put her through her paces while driving through a snowstorm to Breckenridge on our very first day, and she served us faithfully through 2.5 feet of snowfall in Aspen, a trip to Steamboat, and back to Denver. Patrick was responsive, flexible, and helpful from pickup throughout our trip until we returned the car. I'll be working with Patrick for any future car needs in Denver and surroundings. Thank you!

Great vehicle for trip to Rockies! We were able to fit six people and suitcases easily. We also stayed at a mountain house that had a challenging dirt driveway and the Pathfinder was perfect for it. This vehicle is a high end model with Bose stereo and heated seats, etc.

Was as explained, great price, easy pick up and drop off. Austin went above and beyond helping us get the trip started and when we had unexpected changes in our schedule he was more than willing to work with us. Highly recommend and plan to use again
