You MUST advise host if taking vehicle into Canada to be sure proper documentation is in place to cross a country border. This vehicle is allowed at the beach... not ON the beach. We understand you can drive on some beaches in FL, there will be a Prohibited Use fee if driven in the sand, deep mud, etc. Vehicle is NOT permitted to operate in Mexico. SunPass & PikePass toll transponders are installed on the windshield of the vehicle. DO NOT attempt to remove them from the windshield. Guest pays tolls after return of vehicle. See "FAQs "or reach out to the host for information about toll transponders. Georgia and surrounding states have many toll roads. Some do not except cash. Some have long lines. For your convenience the vehicle is equipped with SunPass. Do not pay with coins and do not use your own pass, so you don’t end up paying twice. You are responsible for all toll costs, parking, and any other tickets or violations incurred during your rental period. SunPass and PikePass are provided in the vehicle which cover the entire state of Florida, Oklahoma, Texas, & Kansas. Be sure you have a toll pass or funds to cover the cost before getting on a toll road or bridge. Toll-By-Plate charges are much higher and include substantially higher administrative fees. You will be billed for these charges and could take 30+ days after vehicle return to see charges for these types of tolls. A toll pass is the cheapest way to travel on toll roads or bridges. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT TOLLS, TOLL TAGS/TRANSPONDERS, PLEASE CONTACT THE HOST. You must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel you picked it up with. You can purchase the refuel option and return the vehicle at any fuel level. There is a $10.00 penalty for returning vehicle with less fuel than you picked it up with. Please return the vehicle in clean condition. Excessively dirty interior is subject to additional fees. Vehicle is washed and vacuumed between renters. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE VEHICLE THROUGH AN AUTOMATIC CAR WASH. THIS CAUSES SCUFFS AND SCRATCHES TO THE PAINT. WE UNDERSTAND VEHICLES GET DIRTY WHILE ON TRIPS, AND THATS OK. WE WASH THE VEHICLES BETWEEN TRIPS SO ITS FINE TO RETURN THE EXTERIOR DIRTY. This vehicle is part of my fleet of vehicles on Turo, meaning, this is professionally managed including, but not limited to all on-time maintenance, detailed cleaning and sanitization before each rental/trip.

• Where can I use SunPass

• What is your smoking policy?

  ***ZERO TOLERANCE*** All cars on Turo are non-smoking vehicles. Turo prohibits guests, their passengers, and vehicle hosts from smoking in any car listed on Turo. This policy covers the use of, but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers. Guest responsibilities You may not smoke in any car, even if you believe your host or a previous guest may have done so. If you return a car with physical evidence of smoking, your host can report the issue to Turo. When they do, the customer support team will review the required evidence. If it clearly shows physical evidence of smoking, we’ll charge you a smoking violation fee of $250 plus an additional 3% process fee and remove you from Turo. We’ll close your account, and you’ll be unable to appeal this action.

• Do you charge to deliver to the airport?

  No. We do not charge a fee to deliver the van to Atlanta International Airport. You may see an "Airport Fee." Atlanta International Airport requires that Turo collect and remit a fee for each airport trip. This is not a fee that the host collects. Since we don't charge a delivery fee, the guest will be responsible for parking charges at airport upon exiting the lot at pickup. Airport parking will NOT exceed $24 for the entire trip.

• How do I add an additional driver to my reservation?

  1. Have your driver create a Turo account and get approved to drive before you submit your request to add them to your trip 2. Be sure your driver meets the age requirements for the car you’ve booked 3. Submit your request via the Turo system at least 24 hours before your trip starts 4. If we need additional documentation to complete their verification, the process could take longer. 5. If necessary, you can request to add a driver while your trip is in progress Review these responsibilities that fall to you as the primary driver: Once his account is approved, you will have to do the below: Take these steps to request and to add a driver: 1. Log onto Turo or sign into the app and open the Trips tab 2. Choose Booked and open the trip you’re interested in 3. Scroll down to the section labeled DRIVERS 4. Tap “Add driver” - Enter the email tied to your driver’s Turo account - Advise your additional driver to look for an email from Turo and that it could end up routed to their spam or junk folder

• CAN I DROP THE VEHICLE OFF AT ANOTHER LOCATION THAN WHERE I PICKED IT UP FROM?

  NO. THERE IS NO OPTION OFFERED FOR DROP OFF OTHER THAN THE PICKUP LOCATION. YOU MUST RETURN THE VEHICLE TO THE SAME LOCATION WHERE YOU PICKED IT UP FROM. RETURNING THE VEHICLE TO AN UNAPPROVED LOCATION WILL RESULT IN FEES.

• WHERE ARE THE TOLL ROADS IN ATLANTA?

  Georgia Express Lanes are optional toll lanes that run alongside existing interstates in some of the most congested corridors around metro Atlanta. These lanes provide a choice for you to pay a toll to bypass congestion when desired, ensuring more reliable travel times in peak periods. All Georgia Express Lanes rely on variable-price tolling to maintain free-flowing travel even during peak travel times.

• What is the Georgia Super Speeder Law?

  Georgia's 'Super Speeder Law' defines a Super Speeder as a driver convicted of speeding at 75 mph or more on a two-lane road or at 85 mph and above on any road or highway in the State of Georgia. In addition to the fines and fees paid to the jurisdiction where the speeding offense took place, a $200 Super Speeder state fee is to be paid by the convicted driver. Failure to pay the Super Speeder fee within 120 days of official notice will result in the suspension of the offender’s license or driving privileges. Payment of a $50 reinstatement fee in addition to the $200 Super Speeder fee will then be required to reinstate their license or driving privileges.

• What if my rating with Turo is less than 4 stars?

  DO NOT BOOK IF YOUR TURO RATING IS BELOW 4 STARS. We may, at our discretion, cancel your reservation if any guest has a rating under 4 stars.
