It was fine car smelled was dirty I’m also disappointed I’m high risk pregnant and I get a charge from another car about smoking and don’t even smoke when the cars is not full cleaned very upset not a bad place to rent from they just need better cleaning service I only used this service for work purposes…

I do apologize it is hard to get the weed smell out of cars now that people keep smoking, even though they’re not supposed to I understand completely

Car door wouldn't lock and driver controls were disabled for passenger side front. Picked up with below full tank but they expected full tank Iand i was still invoiced take pictures when renting and report if something is not working

The car in the photo is not the condition of the vehicle in person at all, when I got to the vehicle I thought it was a mistake and it was 2 of the same cars but it wasn’t and I couldn’t cancel because they would have kept my money!!!!!!!! driver side mirror is broken, visible front end damage, rear damage to where there is a whole in the body, horn don’t work, key alarm don’t work, on my way back home vehicle shook really bad when speed hit 50 and above, don’t see how this vehicle is possible to be rented out on this app
