Had a great time.
Some glitches, started late, host thought the pick up time was 1pm. Left me fearful after multiple text & calls with no car, no answer. Finally showed up 1hr late.
The Sienna was just what I needed, all my gear fit great!
The car makes some noises, and has a bit of a shutter at certain points when picking up speed.
Over all it fit my needs nicely even though the start was stressful and late.
Thank you for the nice review. To add to the story you drop the car at 10 pm after 2 hours from the supposed drop off time but will not charge you for late return. Thanks

This was a great experience!! Vehicle was clean, well maintained, and, most importantly for us, very easy for my elderly, mobility-challenged mother to get in and out of. Owner was very easy to work with, helpful, and accommodating!

The host, Ahmed, was very helpful and accommodating to our needs, as well as a good communicator.
The car, fit our needs very well and allow us to travel in comfort all the way up and down the coast of Maine.
In spite of the age of the car, 2013, and the mileage, over 300,000 miles, it performed well, although it did seem to either have, or develop a few unusual clicks that accelerated and accelerated with the speed of car.
Be aware that in renting an older car, such as this technology will not be as up-to-date as something you would pay twice the price for. Fortunately, we brought the appropriate old school car chargers, and purchased an aux cable, so we could listen to our audio through the sound system.
All said, we would definitely book with Ahmed again and benefit from the kind service, and great savings, of his service.
It was my pleasure to host you a the family, btw I notice the ticking sound and after inspecting I found a rock stuck in the new tire thread after I popped it the sound go away. And this sienna is equipped with Bluetooth and multimedia entertainment centre that is not available in new cars. But next visit we can arrange one newer car from the fleet.
