The van was super clean and the storage capacity was amazing. It did great with gas and didn’t even hear the kids complain about space. Very nice people to work with definitely would book again.

My Sienna has been snowed in as a result of the ice storm for 3 1/2 days. It needed maintenance from a previous trip and I did not have opportunity to take it to the service department because of the ice storm. I got a notice two hours before he wanted to rent a vehicle, and the ice was just melting on that day. I don't normally cancel guest trips, but I had no choice in this situation.

The car is clean, good milage. Napoleon is super friendly, quickly responded to all my questions. I highly recommend this if you want to have hassle free trip.
