We ask for your cooperation in this matter, as it is important to maintain a fresh and clean environment for all renters. We also ask that you refrain from off-roading or rock climbing on steep courses. Our vehicle is not equipped for these activities, and any damages resulting from such activities will not be covered by Turo insurance. 🚫🗻 When you return the car, please ensure that you fill up the gas tank ⛽️. This helps ensure that the next renter can begin their trip without delay. Please be aware that mileage and gas level start from when you take delivery and drive off from our location. 🛣 If you travel on Colorado toll roads during your rental, please be aware that they are all photo enforced. You will be responsible for the cost of any tolls incurred during your trip. 📸💳 In the event that we receive any tickets or fines related to your rental, we will request payment through the Turo application. Pets are not allowed in our car, as some renters may have allergies or phobias. 🚫🐶 It is important to note that Turo prohibits off-roading and towing, and any damages resulting from such activities will not be covered by Turo insurance. 🚫 As part of the checkout process, we kindly request that you ensure all personal belongings and trash are removed from the vehicle. • ❓Can I let someone else drive the car during the rental?

  ✅No, under no circumstances can you let someone drive the car during your rental period. If you’d like to add a second insured driver, you must contact Turo. By violating this policy, insurance will become void, and you will be personally liable for any and all damage.

• ❓Will the car be disinfected?

  Yes, the car will be disinfected as per Turo’s guidelines.

• ❓How are damage claims handled?

  ✅I like to handle claims directly with the renter if possible. If not possible, then we go through Turo. Claims may include: - windshield/rock chips - scratches to the interior and exterior of the vehicle - tire/wheel damage - interior damage to seats, console, etc. Guests are responsible for damages that occur during your trip, intentional or not. Insurance coverage may be used if purchased prior to your trip.

• ❓Do we have to clean the car when returning?

  ✅As per Turo guidelines, you must return the car in a similar or better shape. We provide you a clean car upon pickup and delivery. We ask that the car be returned in the same condition it was given. If it clearly shows an eligible cleaning issue, we’ll charge you a cleaning violation fee of $150 (Cleaning fees apply if returned unreasonably dirty)
