If your drivers license is not very visible upload a close up photo of your valid driver's license You can obscure the first few digits of the license number in the photos for safety. Photos can be uploaded by going to your reservation page and click on “Trip photos”. IF YOU ARE EARLY/LATE FOR PICKUP OR RETURN: You are required to pickup and return vehicle as specified on the rental agreement. Should your plans change and you will be late, please notify host as soon as possible otherwise you'll risk being charged a late fee. Host will provide you with a 30-minute grace period before or after the specified time. Otherwise, please modify and extend your rental through the Turo app so that you won’t be charged a late fee.
