How was the car quality, pick up location and host?
Car drove fantastic. Interior wise? There was cigarette ashes all over the dashboard and a lighter in the door handle when I used it. So the smell did not go away the entire trip.
Location? You’re in a budget parking lot, squatting down on the floor to wrestle a lockbox open. The host message, “if you have a hammer to get it open….”
Host? Told me to return the car after I was already on my trip and said, “this won’t end well for me. It won’t end well for you.”
Idk man, I get running a lean business and saving overhead, but customer experience was low. I mean, low.
