Pets are required to be transported in a crate/carrier while in the vehicle. Returning the vehicle with pet hair, bodily fluids, or wet spots could result in a cleaning fee of $150. Scratches, tears, or damage to the vehicle's interior could result in claims or potential removal from the platform. 🚭Absolutely No Smoking, vaping, e-cig, or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. Kindly step out of the vehicle. If you have smoked in the vehicle or if there is any lingering smell, it will be reported to Turo and you will be charged up to $250 violation fee. You might also be banned from the platform. Turo's no smoking policy covers the use of, but is not limited to, any tobacco or tobacco-related products, marijuana or marijuana substitutes, e-cigarettes, or personal vaporizers. 🚗Please return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it was delivered to you with. If not, we will fill the gas tank after you and will reimburse thru Turo.(+10$ convenience fee will be applied) ⏰Please be on time.
