The car was great. I appreciated Paula being flexible when I changed to rental to a day earlier with < 24 hour notice! This did, However, mean she didn’t have time to clean the car and was still removing the seats upon my arrival and getting gas. I do also appreciate how she could take out the captain chairs for my use. I would rent from Paula again.
