Van was great, clean and well maintained. Pick up and drop off we’re tricky. We are a large family and had some difficulty with ease of the pick up/drop off location. We have in the past been able to arrange our Turo rental pick up/drop off at convenient locations to our travel plans. This trip we had to go to the van location. Thankful our hosts were very flexible with timing, We were late to pick up due to travel plans, but the host worked it out. Hard to find the place, as it’s not clearly marked. Thankful for the good communication from the host, we found it relatively quickly.
