Paris could not have been easier to work with. Very friendly, and very patient! We went to the wrong terminal for pick-up, she talked us through the O'Hare chaos. Then when the trip ended, we had to change location and time for dropoff, and she could not have been more understanding and professional. I will seek out future cars with Paris when in the Chicago area. 6-stars!

Great trip with Paris. Car was at pick up location on time and they were able to accommodate our flight delay on our return. Car was clean and very well kept. Thanks for a great first Turo experience!

This was our first Turo experience and I don’t think we will ever go back to traditional rental car companies! The car was very nice, impeccably clean and Paris was fantastic. Picking up and dropping off the car directly at the terminal can’t be beat!

Absolutely perfect vehicle for a family road trip. The entertainment system kept the kids occupied and happy, and all the creature comforts kept the adults happy. Would absolutely recommend again!!
