Great easy driving and good communication

This was one of the best vehicle hire experience I've had. So easy to deal with and everything went well. The vehicle was great and I would definitely use them again.

The Dodge Caravan was exactly what we needed to feel comfortable while we were visiting family and friends in Tennessee and Georgia. The van ran smooth the whole time and helped us make many memories together. Pickup was a breeze, didn't have to wait in a long line late at night with tired and hangry kiddos to fill out piles of paperwork and get nickel and dimed for this and that. Went straight to the lot it was parked at, found it without any issues, got the key from the box and had our stuff loaded and heading out in less than 10 mins. We encountered an issue a week into the rental, which was completely our fault, locked the key in the van while it was running at a park. I contacted the host and he was extremely helpful offering multiple avenues for resolving the issue. We were able to contact Turo support and they sent someone to unlock the van for us in a very timely manner! We are so grateful to have such quick responses to our needs!! Thank you again host for getting us back on the road in no time!! We will definitely be renting through Turo and this host again!
