Michael is such an amazing host! He accommodated my request to pick up the car two hours early and came to find me as my Lyft driver dropped me off at the wrong spot! Then he was gracious with the drop off time as I was running behind coming from a family barbecue. He even waited 10 minutes until my Lyft came to make sure I was good getting home! What superb and amazing service! Will definitely rent from him again.

I was looking for a vehicle for my brother’s prom and came across this gorgeous Audi! When I first arrived, Mr. Mabuza was very welcoming and friendly. He gave me a thorough tour of his Audi and made sure the Registration and Proof of Insurance was in the vehicle before I left. The rental experience was great. Thank you once again.

This was our first TURO experience, and it was excellent! Michael met us immediately at our terminal upon arrival and departure gates. The vehicle was clean, with a full tank of gas, and drove very well. We will definitely use TURO, and rent from Michael again!

Clean, powerful, spacious, comfortable. Highly recommend. Took a trip with a family of 6 to hocking hills and it was a great road trip. Plenty of space for 6 people and their stuff.

Everything went well until we had to drop car off at her house when we had made arrangements to drop off at airport. My sister was gracious enough to follow us from Monroe to the drop off location off Michigan Avenue in Canton so we did not have to arrange a Lyft to pick us up from drop off to airport. Other than that the car was very nice. And Lynette was very nice.

I really enjoyed renting the car with Alontia! She was very helpful and very easy to work with. I rented the car to go up north for two days and I had no issues whatsoever! It was a very chill ride!
