The interior of the car came very dirty. There was a large collection of sticky black gunk all over the front passenger seat. There was sticky stuff inside the car door storage compartments. There was dirt everywhere, on the seats, steering wheel, dashboard, and all over the mats. There was also trash in some of the compartments. The car seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. It was disgusting. I notified Chris about this and he apologized. He said that he did not have time to bring it to the car wash. Unfortunately, I was in a rush and did not have the option to pick up a different rental. I had to clean and disinfect the car myself. After drop off, Chris sent me an invoice for gas. The car came halfway full and I filled up the gas back to half before drop off. I tried to reach out to Chris privately to explain that the car did not come full. He sent the invoice to customer support. Overall, this was a crappy rental experience. The condition the car came in is unacceptable, then Chris tried to overcharge me for gas on top of that. I do not recommend.

This is a very dishonest. Didn’t refuel gas to same level from pick up. Made the car very dirty after trip. She’s not happy because I asked her to pay the gas she used, made so many stories here and wrote so many words of lie. All hosts should be aware of this person.

Great communication, very easy to get to the truck. Truck met our expectations. Just make sure you leave the truck how you find it, so you can avoid the cleaning fee. If we are back in SF are we will for sure rent from Chris again. He also went above and beyond to help me retrieve some forgotten items in the truck .

Chris was super responsive, courteous and easy to work with. The car though was dirty and smelled terrible. A mixture of air freshener covering cigarette smoke and other strange smells made the car unpleasant to drive. I was expecting a clean and odorless car and was disappointed with the experience.
