You are welcome to park your vehicle for drop-off anywhere within a 5-block radius of the original pick-up location. Exact pick-up location will be sent over upon booking. Since we are not in close proximity to the drop-off area, we kindly request that you park in a legal space, allowing us at least 24 hours to relocate the vehicle. It's important to be aware of and adhere to parking regulations and any other applicable rules within the next 24 hours of your parking time. We appreciate your cooperation, and should you encounter any parking challenges, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. -Fire hydrants ($115 fine) -School zones ($50 fine) -Street cleaning ($65 fine) -Construction/no-standing-anytime ($95-$115) -Parking meter rules ($45-$600)

Can I 'Drop Off' the vehicle earlier that my set reservation time?
If it is within our business hours the car can be dropped earlier, you'll need to get confirmation through Turo text and then we just ask to modify the time accordingly!
Is smoking allowed?
No, it is not and it is against Turo Policy. For more details you can view their personal page, they charge a smoking/cleaning fee as a well a ban on the account.
Do your cars have EZPASS?
Our EZPASS is set up through the license plate and guests will be sent an invoice when it is processed through our account! Any tickets mailed to us throughout the guests trip will also be sent an invoice through the app. Guests are encouraged to use their own ezpass as well. Also be sure to lookup any toll violations after your trip using the plate number to avoid paying penalties.
Can I come earlier than my set reservation time to ‘Pick Up’ the car?
The Vehicle can only be given at the start time, so both guest and host are covered by Turo insurance! If you would like to pick up earlier you’ll have to modify your time!
What is the gas policies?
Must be brought back fueled at the same level as when picked up, otherwise guest will be charged what is cost to fill up and $10 inconvenience fee is automatically, per Turo policy of Detail & Cleaning Services.
What will happen if I bring the car later than my end time?
You have a grace period of 30 minutes when ‘dropping off’ a Vehicle. After that we follow Turo's Policies regarding the additional usage, the longer it takes for the vehicle to be brought back the charge increases. Guest have 5 hours to extend after their trip ends to avoid penalties.
Can I keep the car longer than my set reservation time?
Yes, it is possible if the vehicle doesn't have a future booking and/or if it falls in our business hour. It will count as an extension which you can request under the "details" tab on the app and then "modify trip". Once there you'll be able to change the date and time.
