⚠️ Important Car Rental Guidelines ⚠️ 🚗 Return Condition - Additional fees may apply for cars returned with less than a full tank or not returned in the similar condition it was provided. 🐾 Pet Policy - Pets are allowed, but ensure all pet hair is removed before returning the car. - A $150 cleaning fee will be applied for pet hair left behind. 🚭 No Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. - A $150 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking, including smoke odor. 🏖️ Beach Sand Advisory - Vehicles are vacuumed after beach trips, but some sand may remain. Please be understanding of this when renting. ⏰ Late Returns - We provide a 30-minute grace period for returning the vehicle. If you return the vehicle after this time, it will be classified as late. If you anticipate needing the vehicle for a longer duration, please modify your reservation through the Turo app to avoid any late fees. 📏 Mileage Limits - Please adhere to the mileage limit stated in your booking. Overage charges will apply for exceeding the limit. 🔧 Accident & Damage Reporting - Any damage to the vehicle must be reported immediately. Must also file a claim on Turo 🚦 Toll & Traffic Violations - Guests are responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, and traffic violations during the rental period.

This car has a California license plate (previous reviews were from rentals in CA) and is not safe for driving in the mountains of MT in the winter. It has FWD with all season tires, which is not safe in the snow season in MT. Strangely, the car did not even have a brush or scraper for the snow. It would be fine for the summer months, but not during the ski season.

The car was ok for what we needed but I was pretty disappointed with the communication of group. Tried to call 2-3 times and no one would answer. We’ve used Turo for awhile and this was first turo rental where I’ve had to pay a parking ticket upon exiting and had to walk a pretty long distance to find the vehicle. Was not located in the normal Turo/rideshare lot. I’m all about walking but when traveling with small kids and not having much of a heads up that it’s parked in a different lot than any other Turo car I’ve rented at the airport I was a bit disappointed.

Overall the car was clean and comfortable and had no issues throughout the seven days I had rented. Car has efficient mileage too.
One thing that annoyed us was the windshield wiper which is old and left stains while wiping , made it hard to drive in rain.
