It was a weird way to obtain the key for the van. It was in another car and I had to message and wait (approx. 20-30 minutes) for Ish to respond for the other car to be unlocked to get the key. Van needed to be vacuumed when got in it, had low tire pressure, and needs an oil change so bad that I could hear the engine clicking as it was running and idling (I rented in December, but oil change was due in August). Same long wait (about 15 minutes) to get key drop off instructions after initial message to Ish that had me almost run overtime to return it.

I have used Turo multiple times and my favorite thing about it is how easy and laid back the owners tend to be….Ish was the coolest I’ve had yet!! He made the process so easy for us and the van was perfect for what we needed for an out of town wedding, carrying family from Missouri and Florida to Pennsylvania for the weekend!! Thanks so much for another great Turo experience!!! :)
