I have a few guidelines that I would like all renters to follow: - Please return the car in the same condition as you received it. A $10 inconvenience fee will be applied if the gas level is not the same as when you picked up the car. - If the car requires excessive cleaning, a cleaning fee of up to $150 may be applied. - Bringing the car back clean and fueled up makes it easier for the next guest to use it. This car may sometimes be rented back to back, so your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited in my car. Violations of this rule will result in a fee of $250 or more. - As you'll notice, I do offer FREE DELIVERY while other hosts charge up to $120. Guests will only cover parking of up to $40 to exit the parking lot. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.

Van was clean. Pickup and drop-off at remote lot was easy and relatively quick with clear instructions. Some wear and tear to be expected on 2016 model (minor scratches/dents on exterior, ripping upholstery on front seats), though everything was functional. Kids got a kick out of the DVD player.

Pickup and drop off were easy! The van generally did the job, but it could have been much better. For most of our 2.5 day trip, there was something wrong with the door sensor, so it beeped at us the whole time we drove saying one of the doors was open - even though it wasn’t. I had to drive while pulling the door inward to keep the sensor off while our kids tried to nap in the car. Then, on our way to the airport, we came out to a dead battery. We were grateful the host let us extend the rental when our flight was cancelled, but we would have gladly returned it sooner if we wouldn’t have been stranded. Hopefully the problems are sorted out for the next folks!
