Pickup is located at ParkDIA airport lot. The guest is responsible for a $42 parking fee for ParkDIA. I will file an invoice for this fee to the guest after the trip is complete. All cars are cleaned and sanitized before your trip. During extreme cold days, we may not be able to wash the outside due to car wash closures, etc. The interior will always be clean.

Vehicle will have a Full tank of regular fuel at pick up. Please be sure to return the vehicle completely full with regular gasoline, only! Turo automatically adds a $10 convenience fee + my cost of refueling if not completely full. (Consider the prepaid refueling option) Denver Airport has a gas station at the cell phone lot with normal gas prices. NO SMOKING!! Please, absolutely no smoking of any kind in the vehicle including vaping, marijuana, cigarettes or transporting of CBD oils, etc. Minimum fees range from $150-250 to remove odor or for burn repairs. This is a courtesy to both the next guests as well as my family. This expectation is not to be taken lightly! Keep in mind a lost key can be very costly. Typically, replacement costs are a minimum of $350 + $0.55 a mile round trip or overnight delivery to get the spare key to your location. Please keep the key in a safe place. Turo requires that the vehicle can ONLY be released to the Primary driver with their valid driver's license on hand at pick-up. If you can't make it for pickup and you're the primary on the reservation, you'll need to contact Turo support directly to cancel and re-book the reservation in your companion(s)' name. * * Adding a driver is done entirely through the Turo app. * If that driver is new to Turo, please ensure you leave a day or two for Turo approval.

• * How do Tolls work?

  Vehicle is equipped with a toll transponder for your convenience. This will work on E470, C470, I25, I70 corridor into the mountains and the Northwest Parkway towards Boulder. Fees will accumulate and a reimbursement request will be sent to you after the trip ends, once CDOT provides the cost.

• * Connecting to the Bluetooth

  Use your device/phone to search for the car Bluetooth signal. Main Menu - Connections - Add Device - Pair with your phone bluetooth. Next, play music on your device and turn the volume all the way up on your phone/device before turning up the volume on the vehicle.

• Turo's vehicle tracking and technology policy

  There is an AirTag in the vehicle, and iPhone and Android users can expect to be notified that there’s an AirTag in use. It helps me to remember where I have parked my car between trips. Feel free to ignore it.
